We are a fully independent, purely family business who have been dedicated to IT services and support for over 20 years. Recently we have invested heavily into new technologies that allow us to monitor and maintain business networks and devices. This allows us to offer tiered support plans which are designed to minimize down-time and unproductive staff, while at the same time giving businesses first class support with predictable monthly costs. We also have unrivaled technical knowledge and networking experience and can offer great IT solutions to any business.
We have been providing first class business systems and IT support since 1993 when we built our first custom PCs. Since then we have supplied and built well over a thousand such PCs (among other things) and have a proven track record of producing high quality, long lasting PCs.
Our fibre and ADSL broadband packages allow us full 1st tier diagnostics so if there are internet problems, we have the knowledge and the tools to get it fixed without the need for call centers.
In 2016, we achieved a Microsoft competency for "Silver Small & Midmarket Cloud Solutions". This is a level of attainment that only 5% of Microsoft Partners worldwide have achieved.
